to be or not to be? seychelles boots

During one Barneys shopping trip in June, I saw these boots on one of the sales girls. She paired it with an all black ensemble that included skinny jeans. I just thought the whole look was chic and sophisticated. I asked her about the shoes and I was surprised to find out that they were by Seychelles. I suddenly realized that they were the same boots a friend has but in black (friend's is brown). Since then, I have been looking for the boots with no luck. All I could find was brown and I'm determined to get a black pair. On one last futile attempt, a few days ago, I found them at Eilatan, a California store and e-retailer that I have never heard of before. Originally $153, I can get them for $100. They make me want cold weather now.

I would have pounced on them except for one odd notation on their site. They say- 15% off Everything, two ways to buy. This means you can get an additional 15% off if you void the return policy. Sounds to good to be true, right? Well, it is because everything doesn't mean everything. Since the shoes are on sale, the return policy is already void. I was bummed to learn that there was no additional 15% off for me. My bumness has caused me to stall. Maybe I will stumble upon a coupon code. I'm pretty good at finding them.

So... are the shoes and I meant to be? Should I get them?
