Yes, I wear this belt a lot. Maybe you can say it's my favorite. I really should order the navy version while I still have the chance. I have a thing for wide, elastic belts.

I've been wearing these sandals a lot, too. They've been making me happier than my canvas version.

I'm getting my haircut tomorrow. YAY!

Oh... and there is no explanation for the grumpy face. I'm not in a grumpy mood.

working my favorites

Productivity is such a good thing. I'm excited about upcoming posts on my other blog because I bought ingredients to make shrimp bisque. I'm also attempting two different kinds of macaroni and cheese... YUM!!!

There was a time I considered selling these shoes. A reader emailed me to buy them last fall. After a couple months of consideration, I finally said yes. Then more time went by and I realized it was a bad decision so I emailed the seller before she made payment. I'm so glad I still have them because I would have been sad if they were gone.

devoting 500th post to Rachel Comey and the new Revolve

I recently got an email from Revolve about their new site Forward by revolve. I'm just wondering how long it's been up and how long I have been missing it. It's completely different than Revolve Clothing. They focus on "emerging designers and progressive collections from around the world." I think they've done a fine job in the design and layout of the site and its photography. It makes me want to buy EVERYTHING (if I had a money tree).

Among many of the great designers, they have plenty of Rachel Comey in stock. I think I need one of each (unless there are multiple color variations and then I need 1 of each color, too).

my future bedroom

I wish this was my bedroom. I like the muted colors with the bold yellow. The bed is fit for a queen.

a jewelry shopping spree

I had a minor jewelry shopping spree at Urban Outfitters recently. Everything but the gold/ black beaded necklace was on sale. I caught the deals online and had a brick and mortar store match the prices when I got there. Super SCORE!

As you can see, I got carried away with the knitted necklaces. I love my black one so much, I had to get them in every available variation. Unfortunately, that's how I roll...

protect your eyes

I've got a lot going on with this outfit and every color of the rainbow. I guess I was in the mood for color. Actually, I just wanted to wear my Lux skirt but it's a little short for work so the outfit began from there. I like mixing prints and patterns.
